Administratio: Jurnal Ilmiah Administrasi Publik dan Pembangunan is pleased to present Volume 15, Issue 2 (2024). This issue brings together seven scholarly articles that examine diverse and interconnected dimensions of public administration, public policy, organisational management, and governance in Indonesia. Its editorial significance lies in highlighting the multifaceted challenges facing contemporary public institutions, ranging from foreign policy and environmental sustainability to healthcare provision, digital transformation, regional asset management, and organisational performance. The contributions address deep pluralism in Indonesian foreign policy, strategic management in academic journal publishing, sustainable waste management and its public health implications, universal health coverage within the framework of regional autonomy, digital transformation in government internal supervision, institutional arrangements for optimising regional asset utilisation, and the relationship between incentive provision and employee turnover intention in the private sector. Taken together, these studies extend the discussion of public administration beyond formal institutional structures by examining how policy choices, managerial strategies, technological change, and organisational arrangements shape governance outcomes and public service delivery. The inclusion of research on academic publishing and private-sector human resource management also encourages reflection on organisational effectiveness across different institutional settings, while the articles on healthcare, waste management, and regional assets foreground the practical implications of administrative decisions for public welfare and sustainable development. By bringing these perspectives into a single issue, Administratio seeks to foster critical engagement with the theoretical and practical dimensions of administration and governance and to encourage further empirical investigation into institutional performance and policy implementation.
