Vol. 16 No. 1 (2025): Administratio: Jurnal Ilmiah Administrasi Publik dan Pembangunan
Administratio: Jurnal Ilmiah Administrasi Publik dan Pembangunan is pleased to present Volume 16, Issue 1 (2025). This issue features seven scholarly articles addressing contemporary debates in public administration, digital transformation, institutional effectiveness, collaborative governance, and public policy in Indonesia. Its editorial significance lies particularly in its contribution to international scholarly engagement, exemplified by the article “Assessing Digital Innovations in Public Service Delivery of West Java Province versus South Korea and Mexico,” which brings together authors from Indonesia, South Korea, and Mexico to examine digital public service innovation through a comparative perspective. The participation of international authors, including Hye Kyoung Lee from South Korea and Vivian Kadelbach from Mexico, represents an important step in broadening the journal’s international reach and fostering cross-national academic dialogue. Beyond this international dimension, the issue explores public service transformation through bibliometric and institutional analysis, village archives management and good governance, triple-helix collaboration for the socioeconomic empowerment of traditional fishing families, the implementation of Weberian bureaucracy, population education within multilevel governance, and the integration of digital identity into population administration services. Collectively, these contributions connect established administrative theories with emerging governance challenges and practical experiences, offering insights into institutional performance, service innovation, citizen welfare, and the evolving relationship between technology and public administration. By combining domestic empirical research with comparative international perspectives, this issue reinforces Administratio’s commitment to advancing rigorous, relevant, and critically informed scholarship while strengthening its role as a platform for academic exchange across national and disciplinary boundaries. The editorial team extends its sincere appreciation to the authors and reviewers whose contributions have made this issue possible and invites scholars, policymakers, and public-sector practitioners to engage with its findings and pursue further research on the changing dynamics of public administration and governance.
