STRATEGI PENGELOLAAN CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) DI PROVINSI LAMPUNG

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of CSR carried out by state-owned companies in Lampung Province and how the development of CSR management strategies to be more optimal. This study uses qualitative research methods with the object of research conducted at PTPN VII. The results of the study show that PTPN VII has a special unit for CSR management, namely relations between institutions & corporate CSR in the corporate secretariat. The scope of the implementation of CSR carried out by PTPN VII includes 4 (four) aspects, namely: the environment; employment, health and work safety; social and community development; products and customers. However, the development of a CSR management strategy needs to be done through increasing coordination with the provincial / district government and other CSR managers so that the target of CSR recipients can be more targeted. The development of instruments and the implementation of monitoring and evaluation of the implementation and recipients of CSR is needed as well as the need for continuous mentoring/coaching efforts for recipients of CSR so that there is an increase in regional quality or improvement of CSR recipient partners' businesses so that they can have an impact on regional economic development.
