PENERAPAN SOCIOPRENEUR PADA INDUSTRI TAHU DI KELURAHAN GANJAR AGUNG KOTA METRO
Social entrepreneursare building social activity-based businesses. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the business of making tofu in Ganjar Agung is one of the form of sociopreneur. From data interview, the entrepreneurs knew that they had employed the surrounding community in making tofu. In addition, in paying attention to the pre-producer environment, they have processed the remaining processed products from tofu. One of the results of processed liquid waste is nata de soya which is of high economic value and quality. While solid waste is used as animal feed for the surrounding community.
